Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Billing Notice: Website design and development is a separate one-time project fee ($750-$1,500). Website Hosting & Maintenance is an optional monthly ongoing subscription ($50-$150/month).

1. One-Time Website Projects ($750-$1,500)

Website builds require dedicated design hours and custom development.

Deposit & Scoping: Project initiation begins once milestones and requirements are finalized.
Revision Period: Clients receive two structured revision rounds to review and request modifications before public launch.
Approval Sign-Off: Once a design draft is approved and authorized for deployment, custom development work is considered delivered.

2. Ongoing Hosting & Maintenance ($50-$150/mo)

Website hosting and maintenance is billed on a month-to-month ongoing basis starting only after the site has been approved by the client.

Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel their ongoing maintenance at any time by providing 30 days' advance notice via email to Shub@localwebart.com.
No Lock-In Contracts: There are no long-term commitments or termination penalties.
File Transfer: Upon verified cancellation, we assist with packaging your website files for transfer to an alternative host.

3. Refund Guidelines

Because server capacity and maintenance availability are reserved on 30-day billing cycles, monthly ongoing fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. For special billing inquiries or project adjustments, contact us directly.
