Transparent Engagement Terms: These Terms of Service clarify our engagement structure: website design is a one-time project fee ($750-$1,500), and website hosting & maintenance is an ongoing monthly service ($50-$150/month).

1. Scope of Work & Project Timelines

Every custom website build is governed by an agreed written scope. Standard delivery turnaround is approximately 15 business days from the receipt of required client materials (branding, logo, text, and business photos).

2. Revisions & Approval Process

Website projects include two structured rounds of revisions. Once the draft is approved and confirmed by the client, the website is finalized for launch on the client's chosen domain.

3. Domain Ownership & Hosting Architecture

Clients retain 100% full legal ownership of their domain name. Our monthly hosting and maintenance plan ($50-$150/mo) provides fast cloud hosting, uptime monitoring, routine security patches, and minor text/image edits.

4. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

Website project fees are invoiced upon milestone agreement. Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions initiate only after website approval and operate on a month-to-month ongoing basis.

5. Termination & Offboarding

Either party may terminate ongoing maintenance services with 30 days' advance notice via email to Shub@localwebart.com. Upon cancellation, client website files are provided for migration to another provider.
